Decorreu nos dias 22 e 23 de junho de 2023, o SIPE XVI Congress – New Public Tasks in Times of Tension, organizado pela Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa em parceria com o SIPE, uma associação de académicos na área Direito Público Europeu, fundada em Frankfurt/M, em abril de 2003. O objetivo desta associação, enquanto fórum de discussão académico, é discutir e esclarecer questões de Direito Público na Europa, incluindo o seu impacto no sistema jurídico enquanto um todo.

The SIPE XVI Congress – New Public Tasks in Times of Tension took place on the 22^nd and 23^rd of June 2023, organized by the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon in partnership with SIPE, an association of scholars in the field of ​​European Public Law, founded in Frankfurt/M, in April 2003. The aim of this association, as an academic forum, is to discuss and clarify questions of Public Law in Europe, including its impact on the legal system as a whole.
