A Conferência terá lugar no dia 25 de Setembro, na Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa, e é organizada no âmbito do Módulo Jean Monnet “Fundamental Rights and Rule of Law as European Values in a Global World After the Conference on the Future of Europe” (2022-2025), em colaboração com a Direção-Geral da Política de Justiça.

No âmbito do evento acima identificado, convidam-se os interessados a apresentar propostas de textos, nos seguintes termos:

Tópico Temático

Direitos Fundamentais e Estado de Direito enquanto valores europeus à luz da Conferência sobre o Futuro da Europa e do processo de revisão dos Tratados: recomendações e possível follow-up ao nível das políticas públicas nacionais.

Termos da proposta e aceitação

– O proponente deve indicar o tema e um sumário do desenvolvimento do mesmo (150 palavras) através do email conf.valoreseuropeus@fd.ulisboa.pt até 15.9.2024.

Deverá ainda indicar uma breve nota biográfica (máx. 5 linhas), a qual deverá incluir, se aluno, o ciclo de estudos.

– Prazo de seleção dos temas: até 25.9.24 pela Coordenação do Módulo Jean Monnet

– Termos e Prazo de envio dos textos finais:

– 15 páginas (máximo): Times New Roman, 12, 1,5 espaços; notas:  Times New Roman, 10, 1 espaço

– texto em língua portuguesa, com sumário de 150 palavras e 5 palavras chave em português e inglês; ou texto em inglês com sumário de 150 palavras e 5 palavras chave em português e inglês

– prazo de entrega: 30.10.2024.

– Os textos selecionados pela Coordenação do Módulo serão publicados no e-book do evento.

CALL FOR PAPERS

In view of the Event above mentioned Event applicants are invited to submit proposal of texts in the following terms:

 

Topic

Fundamental Rights and the Rule of Law as European Values in the light of the Conference of the Future of Europe and of the revision of the Treaties: recommendations and possible follow-up regarding national public policies

 Terms of the proposal and acceptance

– The applicant must indicate a topic and a summary of its development (150 words) through the email  conf.valoreseuropeus@fd.ulisboa.pt by 15.9.2024.

– Deadline for selection of the topics: 25.9.24 by the Coordination of the Jean Monnet Module

–  Terms and deadline for submission of final papers:
