After enrolling on a course at the Faculty of Law of ULisboa, students can request the crediting of curricular units and credits obtained at other institutions.
The maximum number of credits resulting from accreditation processes may not exceed 80 per cent of the total number of credits required to obtain the degree or diploma.
In the case of study programmes whose syllabus includes a thesis, dissertation, final project or internship, these components may not be replaced, without any additional assessment procedure, by other training in the crediting process.
If a student does not submit a request for an accreditation plan by 30 November of the academic year in which he/she enters, he/she will have to pass all the curricular units on the study plan for the course in which he/she is enrolled at this Faculty.
