The Erasmus and International Relations Office (GERI) is an administrative service that prepares, executes and supports FDUL’s internationalisation activities under the Erasmus+ Programme.

In recent years, following the extension of the scope of the Erasmus+ Programme, GERI has developed numerous initiatives, promoting and intensifying the Europeanisation and internationalisation of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon:

  • Promoting international exchange and mobility, not only for students, but also for professors, researchers and staff;
  • Participating in and coordinating European academic groups;
  • Promoting and carrying out international Master’s programmes – especially Joint Master’s Degrees and Double Master’s Degrees;
  • Organising intensive courses taught in a foreign language (as a rule) by professors from partner universities, accessible to national and foreign students;
  • Encouraging and promoting joint scientific publications with partner universities.

GERI intends to continue supporting FDUL’s internationalisation strategy, namely by encouraging mobility between the Faculty and its current and future partners, strengthening FDUL’s training offer and collaborating on research projects of national and international interest.

Together, let’s help build “Europe and the World of Universities”!
