Every year GERI promotes a programme of Intensive Courses, taught by a foreign Professor, in a foreign language, on a foreign branch of law. These courses are aimed not only at mobile students, but also at regular FDUL students. Courses taught in Portuguese are accepted when the lecturer belongs to a foreign Portuguese-speaking institution.

This is a way of offering FDUL students an Erasmus experience “at home” and of promoting teaching in a foreign language that also appeals to mobile students, providing all those who attend these courses with law teaching with a comparative, European and global dimension.
