- Guest Lecturer at the Portuguese Catholic University (Lisbon School of Law and Higher Institute of Canon Law) since 2016.
- Lawyer (admitted to the Portuguese Bar Association in 2005) and Legal Consultant in matters of Public Law.
- Member of the Religious Freedom Commission, an independent body that consults the Assembly of the Republic and the Portuguese Government on matters of religious freedom law, having been appointed by H.E. the Minister of Justice as a specialist in Public Law (since September 2016, with a renewed appointment in 2021).
- Legal Adviser to the Prime Minister’s Office in the 21st Constitutional Government (2016).
- He was a member of the Commission appointed by the Government to draw up a preliminary draft of the legislation transposing the 2014 European Directives on public procurement (2016).
- Admitted to the list of arbitrators of the Commercial Arbitration Centre of the Portuguese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (since September 2014).
